Who We Are

Custom Property Services (CPS) was established to provide tailored services to buildings located in the Lower Mainland. We offer extensive services for all Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties.

Our team has over 20 years experience in building maintenance. This knowledge and experience allows us to create complete janitorial and maintenance packages for all buildings that save time and money.

We understand how buildings age and how best to prevent problems that can arise. Our suite of services provides building owners and Property Managers a full services solution and peace of mind over investments.

Employment

We are continually accepting resumes for seasonal, full time, and project based work. Some positions that become regularly available are: painters, janitors, handyman, and landscapers.

We look for applicants that have skills which would meet the industry standards for services provided, and a positive “can do” attitude.
